So in your case, these are you country (where you live, where your company is), province (same), city (same), organization name, email, common name (unique for this CA), name, and organizational unit - in this order.
The last two lines are a path and a pin for PKCS11 (usually for smartcards).
Only CN has to be uniqe, so consider using users usernames or something simmilar. OU can be anything you wish (marketing, engineering, or even empty).

Yes - there is a better solution. I had the same problem - I am running iceweasel as a different user than the user I am logged in as for additional security.
As the main user, I copied /etc/pulse/default.pa to ~/.pulse/default.pa.
I added:
load-module module-native-protocol-tcp auth-ip-acl=127.0.0.1
As the second user, I created ~/.pulse/client.conf and added
default-server = 127.0.0.1
With this configuration, when the second user launches an application that uses pulseaudio, it will connect to the first user's pulseaudio instance.
