   You can use Find & Replace to convert the URL text into a formula.
   
   Select the column with the urls, then:
   
   Edit > Find & Replace
   Search for: .*
   Replace with: =HYPERLINK("&")
   Options/Current selection only: YES; Regular expressions: YES
